Prudential Regulation Authority Handbook

The PRA Handbook contains provisions made by the PRA.

The PRA Rulebook contains rules and directions made by the PRA that apply to PRA-authorised firms.

"IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All instruments passed by the FCA and PRA boards at their December meetings have now been consolidated into the Handbook Online, with the following exceptions:

We will update this notice once the outstanding changes have been made.

On 25 July 2013, the FCA passed the following instrument:

This instrument will not be consolidated. When a decision is made, this notice will be updated.
